Welcome to Mom's Hobby Farm Farmstand Cookbook.  

2013 was a year of firsts for Mom's Hobby Farm.  We planted a new big garden which allowed us to grow some new vegetables that we haven't had room to grow before.  We decided to refurbish an old wood trailer into a place to sell a few surplus vegetables from the end of the driveway and Mom's Hobby Farm Farmstand was born. 

This blog will document how we use the great tasting produce that grows in our garden, what we eat fresh and what we preserve to eat later as well as recipes using what we grow in the winter greenhouse.  I have a huge collection of modern and vintage cookbooks, hundreds of pinterest pins saved to my food boards and a whole internet full of great recipes to try.
